1. Service Overview

WariSaku is a free, browser-based expense-splitting web app. No account registration or app installation is required.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent.
• You are responsible for managing and securing your group URL.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Entering defamatory or abusive content
• Unauthorized access to the Service's systems
• Using the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Automated scraping or data collection
• Placing excessive load on servers or networks
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for financial disputes between users, data loss due to system failures, or issues arising from third-party services (payment apps, JPYC, etc.), except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Service may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (Google AdSense, ADSTIR, etc.) and affiliate advertising networks (A8.net, etc.). The operator is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or safety of products and services related to such advertisements, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clicking on advertisements and any subsequent actions are entirely at the user's own risk.

5. Service Changes

The operator may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice. Group data will be deleted within 180 days of service termination or 180 days after last access.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (design, code, text, excluding user-entered data) is owned by the operator. User-entered data remains the property of the user.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
